DRIVER'S LICENSE AND AGE LIMITS

For group (S) minimum age requirement is 21 with at least one year of valid driving license. Group (SM), (SM-D) and (SC) 25 years of minimum age with 2 years of valid driving license is required. For group (SV) and (SL) 3 years of driving license and 27 years of age are the minimum requirements.

RENTAL PERIOD

Minimum rental period is 3 days.

WHAT IS INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED IN THE RATES

Rates are inclusive of unlimited free kilometers, costs of lubrication and technical maintenance. Petrol and mandatory Value Added Tax at the rate of 18 % are on customer's account.

ONE WAY RENTALS

One-way fees will apply regardless of the rental length in the event of the vehicle is returned to a different location.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

In order to have additional person(s) drive the car along with the original renter, the details of their driving license(s) must be registered in the rental agreement at the time of issuing contract. Otherwise, all insurance coverage becomes void and both the renter and the additional driver(s) will be held fully responsible legally and financially for any and all damages and losses. An additional driver’s fee is total 25 Euros regardless of the rental period.

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP

Delivery and pick-up service is at Istanbul Atatürk Airport. 10 Euros is charged for the deliveries and pick-ups between  22:00 and 08:00 hours.

DELAYED RETURN

If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, the full day rental rate is charged e.g. the applicable rate.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required cash or by one of the major credit cards (incase negotiated in advance) at the beginning of the rental.

TRAFFIC FINES

Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that occur during the rental period are charged to the renter.

SABİHA GÖKÇEN AIRPORT SURCHARGE

Surcharge is applied at deliveries in Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal. The fee is 45 Euros regardless of the rental period.

IMPORTANT NOTES

In case of an accident, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site and the accident and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendermary station in order to have the insurance of Collision Damage Waiver remain valid.
